Awarded through a competitive tender process, this rooftop project was delivered to an existing architectural design. Set high above the street with expansive views across Brisbane, the brief was to execute the planting and irrigation with precision while ensuring long term practicality for building management. Coordination was key from the outset.

We made full use of the site crane early on, lifting bulk soil and mulch directly into the rooftop planter zones before it was removed. Once access tightened, every plant was carefully carried up through the internal staircase by hand. Drainage and irrigation systems were installed with future maintenance in mind, ensuring ease of use for the body corporate. The completed gardens are lush and vibrant, softening the rooftop environment and adding a layer of greenery that complements the city outlook while remaining functional and durable.
